Available now: technical data sheets for cocoa paste, cocoa butter and cocoa powder.

On request: lot certificates of analysis (COA) and microbiological results, per the data sheet.

Traceability: lot code from bean reception through packed product.

Certifications

We do not list a certification until it is documented. The manufacturer is working toward good manufacturing practice (BPM) certification. Ask us for the current status.

Samples before commitment

We recommend a sample trial and a supplier questionnaire before any order. We will help your team collect the documents it needs.

Import into Canada and the US

The buyer, or its customs broker, acts as importer of record. In Canada the importer holds any required Safe Food for Canadians licence. For US shipments, your customs broker confirms FDA and importer requirements.
