Cocoa butter. Free fatty acids 0.97%. Shelf life 2 years. For chocolate, ice cream, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.
Cocoa Powder
Unsweetened cocoa powder from 100% cocoa beans, no added sugar or sweeteners. Particle size about 125 microns. Shelf life 1 year.
