Cocoa Powder

Unsweetened cocoa powder made from cocoa cake of 100% cocoa beans, with no added sugar or other sweeteners. pH 5.4, water activity 0.30, moisture 6.93%, ash 7.45%, particle size about 125 microns (100-120 mesh). Available in 40 g, 1 kg and 25 kg presentations. Shelf life 1 year, stored at up to 24 °C and below 65% relative humidity. The manufacturer states compliance with NTE INEN 620.
