You buy directly from the manufacturer.

Terrasol Trading is a sales agent. We do not buy, hold or resell product, and we are not the importer of record. This keeps your supply contract simple and puts quality responsibility with the producer.

Who do I contract with? The manufacturer, AmbuNi (Industria Alimenticia Spirit Green Foods S.A.S.). Terrasol negotiates on its behalf and the manufacturer signs the sale contract.

Who invoices me? The manufacturer.

Who is the importer of record in Canada or the US? The buyer, or the buyer’s customs broker, in the destination country.

Who is responsible for product quality and claims? The manufacturer.

What does Terrasol do? We introduce the product, coordinate samples and documents, handle communication, and help resolve issues.

Do I pay Terrasol? No. Terrasol is paid a commission by the manufacturer.

Order process

Step 1: Request a sample and data sheet.

Step 2: Your QA reviews documents and tests the sample.

Step 3: We agree specification, volume, price and delivery terms.

Step 4: The manufacturer issues the offer and sale contract.

Step 5: Production, export and delivery to your importer or broker.
